About us

Goldman's Steakhouse is a restaurant operating in Chennai, India, with branches in Nungambakkam and OMR/Sholinganallur. This website is the official online presence.

Reservations and enquiries

The forms and WhatsApp links on this site are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. A reservation is confirmed only when a member of our team replies to you directly. We'll aim to respond within a few hours during business hours (11 AM – 11:30 PM, all days).

For private events and catering, pricing and menus are quoted on a case-by-case basis once we understand your requirements.

WhatsApp messages

If you tick the WhatsApp opt-in box on our enquiry form, you consent to receive:

• Reservation confirmations and reminders.
• Occasional offers, new menu announcements, and birthday/anniversary wishes.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us at hello@goldmanssteakhouse.com. We will not message you for marketing without your opt-in.

Online ordering and delivery

Online ordering is fulfilled by third-party platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, EazyDiner, and others). Their terms apply to those transactions. We are not responsible for delivery delays, app outages, or pricing decisions made on those platforms — though we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong with an order from our restaurant.

Content and intellectual property

All text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Goldman's Steakhouse or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to the site, screenshot pages, or forward our content on social media. Please don't reproduce our photos or branding for commercial use without asking us first.

Accuracy

We try to keep menu items, prices, hours, and addresses accurate, but details can change. If something looks off, please tell us so we can fix it.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". We can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.
